1. Introduction

Huyron Pte. Ltd. is a traditional remedy hall with its counter at 266A South Bridge Road #02-01, Singapore - 058815, Singapore (SG). The developer of this website is Huyron, and this policy describes the information practices applied by the hall, by the developer and by the small team that answers messages on our behalf. We treat personal information as something borrowed from a guest rather than something owned by a business, and we try to handle it with the same care that we apply to a weighed blend.

This policy applies to the website you are reading now, to any message you send to care@huyron.hair, to any call you make to +14756735532, and to the notes that the hall keeps when a guest sits at the counter. It does not apply to sites run by other organisations, even where a link from our pages takes you to one of them.

We keep this document under review and we will publish a new version here whenever our practices change in a way that matters to guests. If you have a question that this policy does not answer, please write to us using the details in the final section, and a person rather than an automated system will read your note.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers every person who interacts with the hall, including first time guests booking a consultation, regular households returning for a tonic refill, visitors who simply read this site, and anyone who writes to us about a seasonal soup pack or a travel remedy kit. It covers information given in person, by telephone, by email and through the contact form on this website.

Where a guest acts on behalf of somebody else, for example a family member who cannot attend the hall, we ask that the guest has permission to share that person details with us. We will only keep the notes that are needed to serve the household and we will explain at the counter why each piece of information matters.

This policy is written for an English speaking audience at an English speaking hall. Where a concern is not covered here, the general law of Singapore applies, together with any obligation that our company has accepted in writing.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in three broad groups. The first group is identity and contact information, which includes your name, email address, telephone number, postal address where you give one, and the blend card number that the hall assigns to a household. The second group is counter information, which includes the time and date of a visit, the services requested, the components weighed, the refill cycle agreed and any note that the adviser wrote at the counter. The third group is technical information, which includes the pages you view on this site, the device and browser you use, and the approximate area from which a request reaches our server.

We do not ask for identity numbers, financial account details or copies of medical records, and we ask guests not to send such material through the contact form. If you choose to include sensitive details in a free text message, we will keep the message as part of the correspondence record, but we will not add it to the blend card unless it is directly relevant to the remedy being weighed.

Payment for counter services is handled in person at the hall. We do not collect card numbers through this website, and we do not store payment credentials in our own systems.

4. Consultation and Counter Notes

The blend card is the most important record that the hall keeps. It holds the household name, the dates of visits, the components that were weighed, the measures that were agreed and short notes on how a remedy has been received. The card exists so that a refill can be prepared honestly and so that a returning guest does not have to begin the conversation from nothing.

Counter notes are kept on paper and in a protected digital register. The paper card stays at the hall and is read at the counter when the household returns. The digital register mirrors the card so that a refill can be arranged by message when a guest cannot visit in person. Access to the register is limited to the small team that works at the counter, and each change to a blend is written with the date and the initials of the person who weighed it.

If a guest asks us to remove a note, we will explain what the note is used for and what the practical effect of removal would be. In many cases a note can be removed without harm to the service. Where a note is needed to keep a blend safe, we will say so plainly and offer the closest practical alternative, such as removing text while keeping only the measure that a refill requires.

5. Information From This Website

When you open a page of this site, our server records the request in a log. A typical log entry includes the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, the browser type and the network address from which the request arrived. These logs help us keep the site working, spot unusual traffic and understand which pages guests find useful. We do not use server logs to build profiles of individuals and we do not combine them with counter notes.

The contact form on the contact page does not send your message to a database. It prepares a mail draft in your own email program and addresses it to care@huyron.hair, so the information reaches us through ordinary email rather than through a separate web application. This design keeps sensitive details away from a website server, but it also means that the message is only sent once you confirm it in your email program. If your email program does not open, you can write to the same address directly.

We may count the number of visits to a page in aggregate form. Aggregate counts do not identify any individual guest, and they are used only to decide which parts of the site deserve more attention.

6. How We Use Information

We use information to answer messages, to arrange a consultation, to prepare and weigh a blend, to run a tonic refill cycle, to fold a seasonal soup pack, to build a travel remedy kit and to keep the blend card accurate. We also use information to improve the hall, for example by noticing that a particular soup pack causes repeated questions and rewriting its instruction slip so that the next household understands it more quickly.

We use contact details to confirm an appointment, to tell you when a refill is ready and to reply to a question you have asked. If a guest has asked to be told when a seasonal pack returns, we will use the contact details given for that purpose and no other. We do not use counter notes for advertising, and we do not sell information to anybody.

  • To respond to messages sent by email or telephone.
  • To book, prepare for and record a counter visit.
  • To weigh a blend and write the card that accompanies it.
  • To arrange refills and seasonal packs for returning households.
  • To keep the digital register consistent with the paper card.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of this website.
  • To meet obligations that apply to the company under Singapore law.

7. Our Legal Basis

We rely on a small number of grounds when we process personal information. Where you ask the hall for a service, we process the information needed to provide that service. Where you write to us with a question, we process the details you choose to send so that we can reply. Where we keep a blend card for a returning household, we do so because it is needed to provide the service consistently and because the household expects the hall to remember the blend.

Where the law requires us to keep a record, we keep the smallest record that satisfies the requirement and we restrict access to it. Where a safeguard such as consent is the right ground, we ask for it in plain language and we make it easy to withdraw. Withdrawing consent does not affect work already done, but it does stop the use of information for the purpose that consent covered.

8. Sharing and Disclosure

We share personal information only where there is a clear reason to do so. The most common reason is the ordinary operation of the hall, for example when an ingredient must be ordered from a supplier and the supplier needs a delivery name and a telephone number. In that case we share the minimum needed to complete the delivery and nothing more.

We may disclose information where the law compels it, for example in response to a valid order from a court or a regulator. We may also disclose information where it is necessary to protect the safety of a guest, a member of the team or the public, and where that need is immediate. We will not disclose information to a commercial partner for marketing purposes, and we do not operate a loyalty programme that shares guest details with third parties.

If the company is ever reorganised, merged or transferred, guest records may move with the hall. In that case the information would remain subject to a policy at least as protective as this one, and guests would be told about the change through the site and at the counter.

9. Service Providers

The hall is small, but it relies on a few outside services. Email is hosted by a provider that stores messages on our behalf. The website is hosted by a service that keeps server logs. Accounting for counter receipts is handled by a licensed firm that sees amounts and dates but not blend notes. Each of these providers is bound by a written agreement that limits the use of information to the service provided and requires reasonable security.

We review these arrangements from time to time. When a provider changes, we check that the new provider meets the same standard before any information is moved. We do not allow a provider to use guest information for its own marketing, and we do not allow a provider to sell the information onward.

10. Storage and Transfers

Most information stays at the hall on South Bridge Road. The digital register and email are stored with providers that may keep data in Singapore or in another country with comparable protections. Where information moves across a border, we rely on the safeguards written into the provider agreement and we keep the amount of information transferred as small as the service allows.

We do not send blend notes to a provider that has no need to read them. Where a provider only needs a name and an email address, that is all we send. This practice reflects a simple rule at the counter: information should travel only as far as the work requires.

11. How Long We Keep Information

We keep a blend card for as long as a household remains in contact with the hall, because the card is the thread that makes a refill honest. If a household has not been in touch for three years, we review the card and either archive it in a restricted register or remove it. A message sent to care@huyron.hair is kept for two years so that a follow up question can be answered, after which it is deleted unless it forms part of a current blend record.

Server logs are kept for a short period, usually no more than ninety days, and are then discarded. Accounting records are kept for the period required by Singapore law and no longer. When a record is deleted, it is removed from the active system and from routine backups as those backups age out.

12. Security Measures

The hall uses paper cards, a locked cabinet and a protected digital register. Access to the cabinet is limited to the team at the counter. Access to the register requires an individual account and a strong password, and the accounts are reviewed when a team member leaves. Paper records are stored away from the front counter so that a visitor cannot read another household card by accident.

Email is not a perfectly secure channel, and we ask guests not to send sensitive records through the contact form. If a matter requires more detail, we will arrange a conversation at the counter or by telephone. If a security incident occurs, we will investigate promptly, take steps to contain it and tell affected guests in plain language where the law requires or where we judge that a guest needs to know.

13. Privacy for Children

Children are welcome at the hall when they come with a parent or a guardian. Information about a child is collected only from the adult who brings the child, only where it is needed to serve the child at the counter, and only with that adult present. We do not open accounts for children and we do not send messages directly to a child.

If a parent or guardian asks us to remove information about a child, we will do so unless a record must be kept for a safety reason, and we will explain the position clearly. For online use, this website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from a child through the site.

14. Your Rights

You may ask what information the hall holds about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for a correction, ask to restrict a particular use, or ask for deletion where the law allows. You may also withdraw a consent that you have given. We will respond within a reasonable period and, where a request is complex, we will explain why more time is needed rather than leave you waiting without news.

  • The right to be told what information is held and why.
  • The right to receive a copy of the information in a readable form.
  • The right to correct an error in a name, address or contact detail.
  • The right to ask for deletion where no ongoing need remains.
  • The right to withdraw consent for a purpose that relies on consent.
  • The right to object to a use that you consider unnecessary.

To exercise a right, write to care@huyron.hair or call +14756735532 during counter hours. We may ask a small number of questions to confirm identity before we act, because we do not want to hand a blend card to the wrong person.

15. Access and Correction Requests

An access request should state clearly what you would like to see. If you are asking about a blend card, please give the card number or the name used at the counter so that we can locate the right record. We will confirm receipt, tell you what we need and set out a realistic time for a reply. There is normally no charge for a simple request, though we may explain reasonable costs if a request is unusually broad.

A correction request should point to the detail that is wrong and the detail that is right. Where we agree, we will correct the record and, if the record has already been shared with a provider, we will ask the provider to correct it as well. Where we do not agree, we will explain the reason and note your view on the record so that the disagreement is not lost.

16. Cookies and Similar Tools

This website is deliberately light. It does not set advertising cookies and it does not load a tracking pixel from a social network. A small cookie may be used to remember that a menu was opened during a visit, and the server may keep a session marker so that the site behaves predictably while you move between pages. These markers are not used to identify you across other websites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the pages will still load and the contact form will still work, because the site has been built to run without relying on stored state. We mention cookies here so that the position is clear rather than hidden in a technical note.

17. Messages From the Hall

The hall does not run a marketing list. If you ask to be told when a seasonal soup pack returns, we will keep a short note for that purpose and will contact you when the pack is next folded. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to the message or by writing to care@huyron.hair, and the note will be removed from the reminder list.

We may contact an existing household about a refill that is due, because that is part of the service that the household has asked for. We will not send an unrelated promotion alongside it, and we will stop refill reminders if a household asks us to.

18. Limits of Remedy Advice

The hall offers traditional remedy advice and measured blends. It does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency care or a replacement for treatment by a doctor. Information shared at the counter is used to plan a remedy and to keep the blend card accurate; it is not used to produce a medical opinion. If a concern needs medical attention, we will say so and we will encourage a guest to seek it promptly.

Please do not rely on this website for urgent advice. If you are unwell and the matter is urgent, contact a medical service first. The hall can still help with steady, everyday support once the urgent matter has been addressed, and we are always willing to plan a blend around treatment that a guest is receiving elsewhere.

19. Third Party Sites

This site may link to pages run by other organisations, for example a map service or a supplier. Those pages have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. We encourage you to read the policy of any site you visit, especially where it asks for information. A link from our pages is not an endorsement of the way another organisation handles information.

If you reach a page that looks like the hall but asks for unusual details such as a password or a payment credential, please stop and tell us. We do not ask for passwords by email, and we would rather hear about a suspicious message than let it pass.

20. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when our practices change, when a provider changes or when the law requires a new wording. The date at the top of the page shows when the current version was published. Where a change is significant, we will place a short notice on the homepage and at the counter so that a guest is not surprised.

Older versions are kept in the hall records. If you would like to see a previous version, write to care@huyron.hair and we will provide a copy of the version that applied on a given date.

21. Questions and Complaints

If something about this policy or about the handling of your information concerns you, please tell us first. Write to care@huyron.hair with a short description of the issue and any date that helps us locate the record. We will acknowledge the message, look into the matter and reply with what we have found and what we propose to do.

If you are not satisfied with the reply, you may raise the matter with the relevant authority in Singapore. We will cooperate with any reasonable process and we will not treat a complaint as a reason to withdraw service from a household.
