These Terms of Service set the ground rules for using this website and for the counter services provided by Huyron Pte. Ltd. at 266A South Bridge Road #02-01, Singapore - 058815, Singapore (SG). We have written them in plain English so that a guest can understand what the hall promises, what it asks of a guest, and what happens when something goes wrong.
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Huyron Pte. Ltd., a company with its remedy hall at 266A South Bridge Road #02-01, Singapore - 058815, Singapore (SG). By reading this site, sending a message to the hall or asking for a counter service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site and please do not ask the hall to prepare a blend.
No other promise, statement made at the door, or description on a social page forms part of this agreement unless it is written here or confirmed by the hall in a message. A friendly conversation at the counter is welcome, but it does not create a promise that goes beyond what these terms describe.
In these terms, the hall means the remedy counter operated by Huyron Pte. Ltd. at the address above. A guest means a person who visits the hall, books a consultation or asks for a service. A blend means a combination of components weighed and packed at the counter. A card means the written record that the hall keeps for a household. A refill means the preparation of a further supply of a blend on the cycle agreed at the counter.
The site means the pages published at the domain of the hall, including the homepage, the services page, the contact page and the pages that carry this document and the privacy policy.
The hall serves adults and, when accompanied by a parent or guardian, children. A person under eighteen may use the counter with an adult present. The site may be read by anyone, but a service request must be made by a person who is able to enter into a contract or by an adult acting for a household.
Where a guest acts for another person, the guest confirms that they have permission to share that person details. The hall may ask for a short confirmation at the counter where a household record is being changed on behalf of somebody who is not present.
You may read, print and share the pages of this site for personal use. You may not copy large parts of the site into another publication, present the text as your own, or use automated tools to scrape the pages at a rate that interferes with normal access. You may not attempt to break into the site, place malicious code on it, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
The site is provided as it stands. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that every page will load without interruption or that every detail will always be current. Where a detail on the site differs from the position at the counter, the position at the counter applies.
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
The hall offers six services at one counter: herbal consultation hours, powder blend weighing, tonic refill cycles, pulse reading sessions, seasonal soup packs and travel remedy kits. Each service is described on the services page. The description on that page is an outline rather than a fixed catalogue, and the hall may adjust the practical details of a service as the season and the supply of ingredients require.
A service begins with a conversation. Until a guest has spoken with the counter and confirmed what is wanted, no blend is weighed and no supply is reserved. A message sent through the contact form is an enquiry, not an order.
Consultations and pulse reading sessions are best booked in advance. A booking is confirmed when the hall replies in writing or by telephone. The hall holds the slot for the guest until fifteen minutes after the agreed time, after which the slot may be offered to another guest.
If you need to cancel or move a booking, please tell the hall as early as you can, ideally at least one full working day before the agreed time. A guest who misses three booked visits without notice may be asked to book only through a telephone call in future. The hall may move or cancel a booking where the counter is unavailable, and in that case the hall will offer the next suitable slot and will not charge for the change.
Blends are weighed at the counter in the presence of the guest wherever possible. The hall writes the components, the measures and the date onto the card and onto each packet. The guest is asked to check the card before leaving, because a misread card is easier to correct at the counter than weeks later.
Ingredients are natural materials and may vary in colour, aroma and texture between batches. Such variation is normal and is not a defect. Where an ingredient is unavailable, the hall will explain the position and offer a substitute or a delay rather than quietly change the blend.
Once a blend has left the counter, the way it is stored is the responsibility of the guest. The hall will explain how to keep the packets and how long they remain at their best, and it will replace a packet that was faulty when handed over.
A refill cycle is an arrangement, not a subscription that renews without consent. Each refill is confirmed between the hall and the household before it is prepared. The household may pause, change or end a cycle at any time by telling the hall, and the hall will update the card to show the position.
Refills are weighed close to the collection date so that the supply is fresh. A refill that is not collected within fourteen days of the confirmed date may be held for a further short period and then withdrawn, because a prepared blend should not sit at the counter for an indefinite time. If a household cannot collect in time, a message to care@huyron.hair will usually allow a new date to be arranged.
Seasonal soup packs are assembled fresh and carry a paper instruction slip. The slip gives a simmering time and a note on keeping the pack. A guest should follow the slip and should use ordinary care in the kitchen, since the hall cannot supervise the cooking of a pack once it has left the counter.
Packs are prepared for the season in which they are collected. A pack kept for a long time may lose quality, and the hall will not accept a return for a pack that was kept beyond the period stated on the slip. Larger orders should be placed with notice, especially around festivals, and the hall will confirm the earliest date on which the order can be ready.
Travel remedy kits are built from the same weighed components and are packed for carriage. The hall will advise on packing and on hand luggage where it can, but the guest is responsible for checking the rules of the airline and of the destination country. The hall cannot guarantee that a kit will be admitted at a border, and it will not be responsible for a kit that is removed by an authority.
A kit is written onto the household card so that a refill can be arranged from abroad. The hall will prepare a refill for collection on return, but it will not post a kit to an address outside Singapore unless a separate written arrangement has been made.
Prices for counter services are shown at the hall and are confirmed before any blend is weighed. The hall may change a price from time to time, but a change will not apply to a service that has already been confirmed in writing. Prices are stated in Singapore dollars unless another currency is agreed in writing.
Payment is made in person at the counter when a service is completed. The hall does not collect payment through this website, and a message that asks for payment details should be treated as suspicious. A receipt is given for every payment, and a copy can be provided if a household needs one for its records.
Collection is from the hall at 266A South Bridge Road #02-01, Singapore - 058815, Singapore (SG) during counter hours. The hall will confirm when a blend or a pack is ready before a guest travels to the counter. A household may ask another person to collect on its behalf, provided the hall is told in advance and the collector can give the household name and the card number.
The hall does not currently operate a general delivery service. Where a delivery is arranged in writing for a particular case, the guest accepts that a prepared blend is carried at the guest risk once it leaves the counter, and the hall will pack it as carefully as it can.
The hall offers traditional remedy advice and measured blends. It does not diagnose illness, it does not provide emergency care and it does not replace treatment by a doctor. A consultation at the counter is a conversation about everyday wellbeing, not a medical examination.
Guests are asked to tell the counter about any medicine they take and any treatment they receive, so that advice can be planned around it. If a concern needs medical attention, the hall will say so plainly and will encourage the guest to seek it. The hall will not accept responsibility for a health outcome where a guest has not followed the advice given at the counter or has not disclosed relevant treatment.
If you are unwell and the matter is urgent, contact a medical service before contacting the hall. The counter is a place for steady, everyday support, and we would rather point you to the right help than stretch our role beyond what it can do.
The hall asks for honesty about what has been tried, accuracy in the details given at the counter, and reasonable care of a blend once it has been collected. Guests are asked to keep the card and to bring it to each visit, because the card is what allows the hall to serve a household consistently.
If a blend or a pack is faulty when it is handed over, the hall will replace it or adjust the account, and it will note the fault on the card so that the next preparation can avoid the same problem. A guest should tell the hall as soon as the fault is noticed and should keep the packet so that the batch can be checked.
Because blends are prepared to order, a change of mind is not a fault. Where a household decides after collection that a blend is not right, the hall will discuss an adjustment at the counter and may offer a partial credit, but it is not obliged to refund a prepared blend. A fault that is caused by storage after collection is not a fault of the hall.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, the hall is responsible for loss that is a direct and foreseeable result of its own failure to use reasonable care. The hall is not responsible for indirect loss, for loss of profit or for loss that arises from a use of a remedy that departs from the advice given at the counter.
Where the law allows a limit, the total responsibility of the hall for a single service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply to a case where the hall has been careless in a way that causes personal injury, and it does not apply to fraud.
The text, layout and drawn elements of this site belong to Huyron Pte. Ltd. or are used with permission. The name of the hall and the marks used on its pages may not be used in a way that suggests a connection with the hall where none exists. A guest may quote a short passage with an acknowledgement and a link to the page used.
The blend card is a record for the household. A guest may ask for a copy of the card at any time, and the hall will provide one in a readable form. The card may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission from the hall.
The Privacy Policy explains what information the hall collects, how it is used and how long it is kept. It forms part of the understanding between the hall and a guest and should be read with these terms. If the two documents appear to differ on a point about personal information, the Privacy Policy applies to that point.
A guest may ask to see, correct or remove information held by the hall, subject to any record that must be kept for safety or for law. Requests are handled by a person at the counter rather than by an automated system.
The hall may decline a service where a request falls outside what the counter can safely do, where an ingredient is unavailable, where a guest is abusive to the team or to another guest, or where the hall believes that a remedy would not be in the guest interest. A refusal will be explained in plain language and, where possible, the guest will be pointed toward a more suitable source of help.
Access to this website may be restricted without notice where the site is being misused. The hall will restore access once the misuse has stopped.
The hall may update these terms when its services, its prices or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows when the current version was published. A change applies from the date of publication, but it will not alter a service that was already confirmed in writing before that date.
Where a change is significant, the hall will place a short notice on the homepage and at the counter. A guest who continues to use the site or the counter after a change accepts the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute that arises from them. The hall will always try to resolve a concern directly before any formal step is taken, and a guest is encouraged to write to care@huyron.hair in the first instance.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force. The invalid part will be replaced by a term that comes closest to its purpose while remaining enforceable.
The hall is operated by Huyron Pte. Ltd. at 266A South Bridge Road #02-01, Singapore - 058815, Singapore (SG). Email reaches the counter at care@huyron.hair and the telephone is +14756735532 during counter hours, which are weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00.
If you would like to understand the services before you visit, the services page describes each one. If you would like to read how information is handled, the privacy policy sets it out in full. Thank you for taking the time to read these terms; the hall would rather the rules be clear than assumed.
