Huyron Pte. Ltd. South Bridge Road Hall

Six services weighed at one counter

Everything the hall offers happens at the same long counter on the second floor of 266A South Bridge Road #02-01, Singapore - 058815, Singapore (SG). There is no back catalogue and no separate dispensary; the drawers, the brass stand and the paper packets all belong to the same working day, and every service below is genuinely practised by the team at Huyron Pte. Ltd. rather than offered as a label.

Counter Note First visits are best booked. Call the hall on +14756735532 or write to care@huyron.hair and we will confirm a quiet hour at the counter.

Herbal Consultation Hours

Consultation hours are the front door of the hall. A guest is seated at the counter, tea is poured, and the drawer tags are laid out so the conversation can take a visible shape. We ask about sleep, appetite, temperature, digestion, mood and the ordinary strains of a week, and we listen long enough to notice what is not said. The first consultation usually runs to forty minutes, and follow-ups settle into half an hour as the card fills with notes.

We do not begin with a product. A consultation may end with a blend, a soup pack, a refill note or simply a suggestion to return in a month when a season has turned. That freedom is deliberate, because a hall that always sells something is not really advising. Guests are welcome to bring a family member, a list of questions or a record of what has already been tried, and we will read it all at the counter rather than behind a closed door.

Consultation hours are held on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. The quietest hours are the first two after opening and the last one before closing, and we encourage new households to choose those when they can. If you are currently receiving medical treatment, tell us at the start so the advice can be planned around it, and we will always say plainly when a concern belongs with a doctor rather than with the hall.

Powder Blend Weighing

Powder weighing is the centre of the hall and the part guests remember. Components are taken from the herb drawer board, placed one at a time on the brass stand, and adjusted until the beam sits level. Nothing is measured out of sight, and nothing is pre-bagged in advance, because the measure is meant to belong to your visit. Small batches are ground on the back bench and returned to the counter in the same session, so the freshness of the powder is not left to chance.

Once the blend is agreed, it is folded into paper packets with the date written on each one and a card that records every component and its measure. The card stays with the household and is brought back on the next visit, so a refill can be weighed to the same standard or adjusted in a small, careful direction. We will explain how to store the packets, how long they keep, and how to tell when a blend has lost its character, and we would rather answer those questions twice than have a good remedy spoiled by poor keeping.

Guests who already have a blend from another hall are welcome to bring it for comparison, and we will weigh the same set on the brass stand so that the difference can be seen as well as described. There is no charge for that conversation, and no obligation to change anything. We think the counter works best when the guest can see the work, and weighing in plain view is the simplest way to keep that trust.

Tonic Refill Cycles

A tonic is only useful when it is taken steadily, so the hall runs refill cycles rather than one-off purchases. Most households return every two or four weeks, depending on the remedy and the season, and each refill begins with the original card laid on the counter. We ask what has changed, we read the pulse if that is wanted, and we decide together whether the blend should stay as it is or move by a small degree. The cycle keeps the supply honest and the advice continuous.

Refills are prepared in batches small enough to be weighed on the same day they are collected, and the date goes onto every packet as it always does. If a household is travelling or unwell, a refill can be arranged by message to care@huyron.hair or by calling +14756735532 during counter hours, and we will confirm what is possible before anything is prepared. Collection is from the hall at 266A South Bridge Road #02-01, Singapore - 058815, Singapore (SG).

There is no penalty for pausing a cycle. If a household needs a break, we simply note it on the card and leave the blend to rest until the next visit. What we ask in return is that you tell us when a cycle is ending, so that the drawers can be restocked in good time and the next refill does not arrive as a surprise.

Pulse Reading Sessions

Pulse reading sits at the quiet end of the counter, where a warm cloth and a steady hand take the place of conversation for a few minutes. It is a traditional way of taking stock before a blend changes, and it often reveals that a household is carrying more strain than it has said out loud. A session is short by design and is offered as a companion to consultation, never as a diagnosis and never as a substitute for medical care.

We read at the wrist, on both sides, at different depths, and we note what we find on the card alongside the rest of the visit. Over a series of refills the notes become a record of how a household has moved through a season, which is far more useful than a single reading taken on a hurried afternoon. Guests are welcome to ask what we are noticing, and we will explain it in plain language rather than in terms that only make sense at the counter.

Sessions are available during consultation hours and can be added to any visit without a separate booking, though we ask that guests arrive unhurried and avoid strong coffee beforehand. If a reading suggests something that should be looked at by a doctor, we will say so directly and help you decide what to do next. That honesty is part of the service, and we would not offer the session if we were not prepared to act on what it shows.

Seasonal Soup Packs

When the island turns hot, wet or windy, the hall folds soup packs that suit the weather rather than the calendar alone. Each pack carries a small set of whole ingredients, a paper instruction slip and a note on how long to simmer, and the packs are assembled on the same counter where everything else is weighed. The aim is a household pot that is easy to start, pleasant to share and honest about what is inside it.

Soup packs change through the year. A pack for a wet week is not the pack we would fold for a dry, windy spell, and we are happy to explain the difference at the counter. Guests can choose a pack to take away, or ask us to prepare one for a particular evening, and we will write the simmering note in a way that suits the kitchen it is going to. The packs are meant for ordinary households rather than for specialists, so the instructions stay short and the ingredients stay recognisable.

Because the packs are assembled fresh, we ask for a little notice on larger orders, especially around festivals when several households ask at once. A message to care@huyron.hair or a call to +14756735532 is enough, and we will tell you when the next batch is being folded. Leftover packs keep well if stored cool and dry, but they are at their best within the week, and we would rather you collect close to the evening you plan to cook.

Travel Remedy Kits

Guests who leave Singapore for a season often ask for a compact kit that will survive a long flight and a strange kitchen. We build these kits from the same weighed components, sealed into small packets with a simple day card, and we keep the whole thing light enough to slip into a carry bag. Every kit is written up with the household card, so a refill can be arranged from abroad by message and collected on return.

A travel kit is planned around the journey rather than the destination alone. We ask how long you will be away, whether you will have access to a kitchen, how you will be sleeping and what the climate is likely to be, and then we build a small set that can be carried without fuss. Paper packets are chosen over jars for travel because they pack flat and are less likely to break, and the day card is printed large enough to be read in a hotel room with poor light.

Kits can be prepared for one person or for a household travelling together, and we are happy to include a spare set of instructions for a companion. If you are flying, tell us at the counter so we can advise on how to carry the packets in hand luggage, and please check the rules of your airline and destination before you travel. The hall can prepare the kit, but the responsibility for carrying it rests with the guest, and we would rather say that plainly than leave it unsaid.

How the counter work moves

Step One

Ask

A conversation at the counter, with tea and the drawer tags set out, establishes what has changed and what the household actually needs.

Step Two

Choose

We read the card and the pulse, and we agree a blend, a soup pack or a refill note in plain language before any drawer is opened.

Step Three

Weigh

Components are taken from the herb drawer board and balanced on the brass stand in front of you, one measure at a time.

Step Four

Wrap

The blend is folded into dated paper packets, written onto your card, and handed over with clear instructions for keeping and refilling.
